In the notes section please provide babe's first and middle name, date of birth, weight, height, location of birth, parent's names and color preferences. The back panel fabric will vary but we always stay true to a neutral, simple, modern palette. If you have preferences on the back panel fabric, please include that in your notes. It comes with pom trim or fringe trim. Please note which you would like.
Also, be sure to select the size and if you would like the pillow form or not under "OPTIONS".
